Please pray for Rev. Guizar. Mary called and said that he is in the emergency room with horrible pain from a kidney stone. He will not be able to preach for us tomorrow, but his son has contacted someone who will. Mary needs our prayers, too. It's hard to see someone you love in so much pain.
Dear Lord, we put our pastor in your loving hands and ask that you would be near him and comfort him and heal him. Give the doctors wisdom in how to treat him, and give him what he needs to pass this stone. We ask it all in your name, Jesus. (John 14:14) Amen.
