FUNERAL ARRANGEMENTS FOR JOHN GOULDIN "ROSS" SHACKELFORD

Arrangements have been made for Ross's funeral in Tappahannock .  He is listed as John Gouldin "Ross" Shackelford.  The family will receive visitors on Saturday from 4-6 p.m. at the Marks & Bristow Funeral Home, 206 N.
