Paula (wife of Ed's older brother) fell down the cellar stairs this morning. She had scissors in her hand when she fell, but that didn’t hurt her. Think she was planning on planting flowers. Joe (Ed's older brother) was out, but she got in touch with him. The EMTs came and took her to the hospital. She has a broken clavicle. They have to meet with an orthopedic surgeon and decide whether surgery will be needed. Dot (Ed's sister who lives in northern MA) headed up there and will stay a day or two. Joe’s out getting prescription for the pain.
