Over the past 6 weeks as a church we have been praying for the Lorrings through an anonymous prayer request. Matt has been taking 5 classes to complete his teaching license requirements and Melanie has begun her Master's in the teaching program. The unfortunate part about all of this was Matt's contract in Front Royal was not renewed and so they have been struggling to maintain their faith and wondering what God had in store for them.
This past Wednesday Matt had an interview and we heard last night that he AND Mel will be teaching 6th grade at Floyd T. Binns next year. On top of all that God provided him a raise in addition to a job close to home and together with his wife. God is good all the time and so we rejoice with them tonight. Things are still stressful because of the classes, two of them will complete in June and there is light at the end of the tunnel. Please continue to lift them up in prayer.
