As we lead our families it is vital to participate in the moment in order to invest in the future. The things we do today - physically, emotionally and spiritually - will be the foundation for the days to come. When we acknowledge and value the blessings of the Lord, our families will do the same. Learning to seek and obey the Lord will become a proven action that is worth the effort. The Scripture is clear that building strong spiritual roots will have a lasting effect for generations to come.
Their descendants will be known among the nations and their offspring among the peoples. All who see them will acknowledge that they are a people the Lord has blessed. Isaiah 61:9
Prayer: Dear Heavenly Father, Thank You for my family and all the blessings You have given to us. Help me to provide an atmosphere for strong spiritual growth. May we be a family that proclaims Your faithfulness for generations to come. In Jesus' Name, Amen!
